Composition of Horse Milk

Horse milk contain only 44 calorie each 100gm (or 3.5273oz) compared to cow milk (64gm) and mother milk (70gm). Furthermore, lactose (milk sugar) for horse milk is high. And also albumin which beneficial to digestible process.

Horse milk is sold fresh, frozen or milk powder. Nomadic Mongolian used to preserve horse milk in frozen, boiled and air drying form. Nowadays,  horse milk can be preserved in a powder from through drying technology, by the fact that its nutritional value has barely modified before and after drying.
